There's a bunch of new cats showing up. They've been fighting over resources outside and last night I walked right up to two ferals. I'm worried they are injured. They were trying to crawl away and when I saw them, I jumped back and said 'Oh!'
They ran at that point. I"ve never seen a feral crawl like that.
I bought some more bowls today so I was able to set out more food. I'm hoping once I get my bills finally caught up, I can set my trap out and catch some of them to get them fixed. I want to get them tested for FIV/FELV as well. So that's...$35 on top of the spay/neuter.
I wish I could get my farm now so I can become a rescue and get donations. People give me gifts already. None this year, but man last year was great. One lady sent me a gift of $200 that I applied to Lucky's litter. Then I got some towels and toys. One friend gave me some pet beds.
I do need to get a wire crate. I, for reason unknown to even myself, sold mine last year. I got a cheaper one that is hell to clean out. I'm going to fold it down and give it to the no kill shelter along with some towels.
I'm writing 3 stories right now. I only wanted to write one. Then another came to mind and I had to get it out. It was eating at me. This 3rd one, I don't even know. I was doing writing contests to avoid writers block. One of my favorite fanfiction author's asked me to continue it so I did. It's on chap 3 right now. I can't post that chapter because it's entered in a contest right now but it's done.
